My name is Logan Forde, and I’ve been passionate about physical fitness for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I dedicated my time to competing in water polo, swimming, and training in the gym. After high school, I joined the US Army Infantry, spending four and a half years stationed at Fort Irwin, CA. Transitioning out of the Army into various career paths was challenging, but I rediscovered my passion for health and fitness. Now, as a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Hyrox Affiliate Coach, I focus on helping clients enhance their strength, flexibility, and athletic performance. With hands-on experience in periodization strength training, customized stretching programming, and body composition improvement, I design personalized programs to boost fitness, reduce injury risk, and increase endurance.
